First Nations Workers Alliance is a not-for-profit organisation that relies on memberships and contributions from like-minded organisations. We build relationships with remote communities and the trade union movement to deliver justice to remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our priority is to bring about Wage Justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workers. We support campaigns on “Black deaths in custody” and the Black Lives Matter movement. We have a course “Voice. Treaty. Truth” that delves into the “Statement from the Heart” and related projects advocating for climate action, equitable education, and an end to racism.
